The designated pick-up location for our tours from Seyðisfjörður harbor follows the below pick-up protocol:

If the cruise ship docks directly at the terminal, our guide/driver will wait inside the terminal building, near the main exit.

If the ship arrives by tender, the meeting point will be outside at the open dock area, where tenders disembark passengers from that specific Cruise.

What do I need to bring?
- Clothes for the weather (we recommend multiple layers);
- Comfortable walking shoes/hiking shoes (high heels are not recommended due to the rocky landscape in Iceland);

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event;
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 3% if the booking is cancelled 999 days or less before the event;
